The Lesson: A Special Promise in the Clouds

Long ago, the world began to move away from God’s good plan. But there was one man named Noah who was a friend of God. God gave Noah a very big job: building an Ark!

  • The Big Build: Even though it hadn’t rained yet, Noah trusted God and built the boat exactly how God told him to.

  • The Animal Parade: Animals of all shapes and sizes—from tall giraffes to tiny ladybugs—marched onto the boat two by two.

  • The Storm & The Rainbow: After the big flood, God sent a dove with an olive branch to show that dry land was back. To show He would never flood the whole earth again, God painted a Rainbow in the sky as a forever promise.

Key Verse: “I have set my rainbow in the clouds, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and the earth.” — Genesis 9:13
